PRODUCTION:

You will work in the production department. Depending on your interests and skills you can work with everything from coming up with ideas for commercials to music videos and other creative content, to be an assistant to the director on shoots to working on organizing the productions and castings. You will get to attend workshops on writing for film, filmmaking and producing, and you will get hands on experience working on a multitude of productions.

Requirements:

• Passionate about film making.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Photography & Cinematography:

You will work with other photographers, and also independently on photo shoots and on behind the scenes photography. You will be able to deal with photo management, retouching, and publishing photos on the web. You will also get training on digital video cameras by experienced Hollywood professionals and you will learn how to film.

Requirements:

• Experience with graphics programs such as Photoshop, Corel Draw/Corel Photopaint would be an advantage.
• Should have creative flair.
• Basic photography experience.
• Passionate about Photography and Film making.
• Should have own still camera.

PRODUCTION DESIGN:

You will be working in the Art Department under the supervision of the Production Designer. Depending on your skills and interest you can work with set design and dressing, prop making, storyboards and other aspects of the Art Department. You will research concepts for design and help carry them thru execution and finally shooting.

Requirements:

• Experience with graphics programs such as Photoshop and SketchUp would be an advantage.
• Creative flair, general interest in Design
• Drawing / Painting skills are a plus (although Photoshop can be a viable substitute)
• Willingness to work long hours and as part of a team

COSTUME DESIGN & WARDROBE:

You will be working in the wardrobe department. You will work with all aspects of costumes from finding the right outfits for different productions, to assisting the Costume Designer and learning or developing your skills in art department under the supervision of the Production Designer. There is significant research that goes into all these projects as a design is developed from concept all the way to finished product ready for shooting.

Requirements:

• Some previous experience of costume design would be advantage.
• Interest in design and fashion
• Some drawing skills would be an advantage

MAKE-UP & HAIR:

You will be working under the supervision of the key make-up artist on everything from feature films to fashion shoots. The Key-make up artist will also hold workshops and mentor on all aspects of make-up and hair for film and TV including special effects.

Requirements:

• Some previous experience with make-up and hair.
• Should have creative flair.

POST PRODUCTION:

If sound post production or editing is something that you are interested in, you can intern in the post-production department. You will be working under a professional editor or sound mixer who will guide and mentor you to further develop your skills.

Requirements:

• Some Experience in Final Cut. (if editing intern) is an advantage.
• Some experience in Pro Tools (if sound intern) is an advantage.
